We have a new project and we are recruiting volunteers!
Due to conflicts & pandemic, there are an influx of migrants into Thailand in the recent years.
There are nearly 400,000 migrant children (to date) displaced by Covid19 and conflicts.
Most of the migrant families are living day by day trying to survive.
Health, Mental well being & Education has been severely neglected for both adults and especially children. Hope is something that has become extremely rare.
The children stopped having education for nearly 5 years now.
Parents are starting to realise how important education is.
There are no future for their children without education
This project, we are going to a small village located in Mae Sot, Thailand by the river border.
This coming Jan 2024. We are going to help construct Academic Children Development Centre with a local education team.
A base foundation of the school is up; what is missing is the classrooms, toilets & multiple purpose court.
There are also other forms of support that we can bring to them:
kids hygiene classes, flood evacuation plans, clothes, uniforms
Here's the list of facilities we are striving to raise the fund for in the order of priority:
